Validity

Habitt Digital Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will no longer be valid.

Gift Voucher Values

Habitt Gift Vouchers are available for purchase in the following standard values:

Note: Digital Gift Vouchers issued against an approved product complaint are not limited to these standard values and may be issued for the actual approved value of the product.

Habitt Gift Vouchers are issued digitally and sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase or issuance.

Where Can Gift Vouchers Be Used?

Habitt Gift Vouchers can be redeemed only for eligible online purchases made through Habitt.com.

You may visit a Habitt store to view and select the product you wish to purchase. However, Digital Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed online, so the selected product will need to be ordered through Habitt.com using your voucher.

Gift Vouchers Issued Against Product Complaints

For an approved damaged or defective product claim, Habitt will first offer a replacement of the original product where available.

If the original product is unavailable, suitable alternative products may be offered. If the customer does not wish to select an alternative product, Habitt will issue a Digital Gift Voucher equal to the approved value of the product.

Promotional Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers issued as part of selected promotions, furniture packages, or special offers may be subject to additional terms communicated with the relevant offer.

General Terms

Use of a Habitt Digital Gift Voucher is subject to Habitt’s applicable policies, terms, and conditions.

Habitt reserves the right to verify the validity and eligibility of a Gift Voucher before it is applied to an online order.
