Habitt Standard Furniture Warranty Statement

To claim any of the warranties listed below, the customer must present the original Habitt invoice.


Polish

  • Polish and gloss finish on Habitt furniture is covered under a six-month warranty from the date of delivery.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by physical impact, extreme temperatures, humidity, liquid spills, or improper care.
  • Products with a Deco finish are not covered under warranty.

 

Structure & Hardware

  • Habitt provides a six-month warranty on the structure and hardware of furniture.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or improper care.
  • The warranty will become null and void if installation of Habitt furniture is carried out by anyone other than authorized Habitt staff.

 

Termite Protection

  • All Habitt furniture is fumigated and stored in a secure environment.
  • Termite-related claims will only be considered if signs of termites or similar insects are reported within one month of delivery.
  • Such claims will be subject to inspection of the customer’s premises to determine whether there is any existing termite infestation.

 

Foam & Upholstery

  • Habitt provides a six-month warranty on furniture foam.
  • Upholstery is not covered under warranty, in accordance with standard market practices.
  • Proper care and maintenance are recommended to help preserve the condition and appearance of the upholstery.

 

Mattresses

  • Mattress warranties are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the manufacturer’s warranty card provided at the time of delivery.
  • In case of a warranty claim, customers are required to contact the respective manufacturer directly.

 

Mirrors & Glass Tops

  • Mirrors and glass tops are not covered under warranty.
  • Customers are advised to carefully inspect mirrors and glass tops at the time of delivery and report any issue immediately for replacement.
  • Glass tops and mirrors should be cleaned using a dry cloth or suitable glass cleaner.
  • Claims made after the order has been accepted cannot be entertained.

 

Outdoor & Imported Furniture

  • Outdoor and imported furniture is not covered under Habitt’s standard warranty unless otherwise stated in writing by the company.
