If the delivered product received, was not as described on website or in damaged condition, then it must be intimated with us on WhatsApp at 0300-0422488.
This is applicable when:
• Reported within 24 hours from the time of shipment receiving.
• A proof is provided in the form of unpacking videos / images of the reported product.
Once the complaint is registered and communicated with the courier services, the product will be lifted and dispatched within 15 working days.
Please note that if the ordered product is not available, then other options will be provided to select from.
The product must be returned in the same condition and original packing.
*Refund is not applicable.
• No return / refund will be applicable, if you receive the same product as seen on website in perfect condition, (change of mind is not applicable).
• Promotional & discounted products will not be refundable.

Order Cancellations:
We do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged product, please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
We will provide a replacement of the same article at no additional cost.
If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we will issue you a Habitt Gift Card equal to the value of the item.
This gift card will be valid for 15 days and can be used to shop any product on our website.
