1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
No. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
2. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If the product you receive is damaged or not as described on our website, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0300-0422488.
3. What is the reporting timeline for return or exchange requests?
All return or exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Only valid reasons, such as damage or an incorrect product, will be considered.
4. Is there a specific timeline for exchange eligibility?
Yes. To be eligible for an exchange: The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and Clear unpacking videos or images must be provided as proof.
5. What proof is required to process my complaint?
You must share clear unpacking videos or images showing the issue with the product. Photos of the outer and inner packaging may also be required.
6. How long does the exchange process take?
Once the complaint is registered and coordinated with the courier service, the product will be picked up and the exchange dispatched within 15 working days.
7. What happens if the ordered product is not available for exchange?
If the originally ordered product is unavailable, we will provide you with alternative product options to choose from.
8. In what condition should the product be returned?
The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
9. Can I return or refund a product due to a change of mind?
No. Change of mind returns or refunds are not allowed if the product is delivered as shown on the website and in perfect condition.
10. Are promotional or discounted products refundable?
No. Promotional and discounted products are non-refundable.
11. What if I receive a damaged product but do not want an exchange?
If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we will issue a Habitt Gift Card equal to the value of the item.
12. Will I be charged for a replacement of a damaged product?
No. A replacement of the same article will be provided at no additional cost.
13. What are the terms of the Habitt Gift Card?
Valid for 30 days, can be used to purchase any product on our website
